VSi Acquires Diligent IS

Visionary Services, Inc. (VSi) is happy to announce the acquisition of Diligent Information Services, LLC of Des Moines, IA. Diligent is a provider of website design, development, and hosting services in the Des Moines and Central Iowa market. With over one hundred websites built and managed, Diligent is an excellent partner with VSi to expand our services.

Diligent’s office was combined into the Visionary Services, Inc. corporate office in the East Village area of Downtown Des Moines in July 2010. The companies will go forward using the Visionary Services, Inc. name and all email and phone numbers will be transitioned over the coming months. Diligent email accounts and the office phone number will be active during the transition period so you can contact our combined team as easily as possible.
The Diligent team will continue working with VSi to ensure an easy transition for customers and vendors. All project work should continue on as normal and we will provide additional information throughout the summer.
This is an exciting time for both teams and we are happy to share the news with our valued clients, vendors, and friends. We will be sending out an official press release in the near future but wanted to provide you the information first.
