It's that time of the year again...the time to reflect on all that we're thankful for. Visionary has grown so much this year alone and there's no sign of slowing down! While we gear up for the holidays and for the new year, we look forward to new clients, new Visionary faces, new creative solutions, and even new challenges. Before our team starts setting goals for 2019, we figured that we'd take a moment to reflect on what we're thankful for most about Visionary and what we look forward to doing with our family this Thanksgiving holiday.

Kelley:
There are a lot of things to be thankful for at Visionary! The people that we work alongside every day and our management team make me grateful to work here. My favorite part of my family's Thanksgiving is when we finish the meal, we play games and have drinks!

Monica:
I am grateful for Visionaries being so supportive and helping one another on project work day in and day out. Playing board games with my family for Thanksgiving is my favorite tradition.

Joe:
I am especially thankful for all of the social event extras that Visionary provides - (chili cook-off, costume contest, team outings, Thanksgiving meal, etc). Stuffing is my favorite side dish! Post-meal naps on the floor during NFL games is an annual occurrence.

Donovan:
I am very grateful to work with awesome people with a huge knowledge base and seeing us all collaborate together! I love awkwardly forcing everyone to say what they're thankful for...and I also am looking forward to roasted Brussel sprouts with baked parmesan!

Kelsy:
At Visionary, I'm thankful that we're given the space and support to grow both personally and professionally. The structure of the company allows for relationships and communication across all employees giving us an opportunity to be part of real change (ex. new VTO policy -- read about it here!) I have a very large, but close, extended family that gets together every holiday. I love spending time with everyone...we're never lacking in laughs!
