(VSi) to redesign their website and create a new content management system to allow site administrators to easily update information on their numerous rental properties.

Venture manages nearly 700 homes and apartment units located in Des Moines, Grimes, Marshalltown and Norwalk. Consequently, their focus was to develop a new website that would showcase all of their rental properties and allow users to quickly access property information. VSi utilized their design talents and Site OnCall CMS tools to reach that goal. The new site also allows current residents to make online payments, submit maintenance requests and complete other important forms electronically.
