NFC Releases New Site
Earlier this year, Visionary Services, Inc. (VSi) collaborated with the Neighborhood Finance Corporation (NFC) to redesign their website utilizing VSI's Site OnCall content management system. The ultimate purpose of NFC's site is to easily provide information on NFC’s lending programs and related services that facilitate targeted neighborhood revitalization projects throughout Polk County. VSi was happy to help NFC accomplish their goal by designing a user-friendly interface for both users visiting the site and NFC staff to maintain updates.
The new website includes an events calendar for home buyer education and real estate seminars that includes an option for users to register online. In addition, properties that NFC sells are now listed on the website, and allows a user to view photos and detailed descriptions about each listing.
NFC's focus on neighborhoods was captured through a series of rotating banner graphics at the top of the site. This enhancement is both visually appealing and serves to showcase the various neighborhoods NFC serves.
