We’re pleased to announce that Bryan Gruhlke has assumed the role of President at Visionary. Bryan has been a core contributor to Visionary since 2009, following several successful years as an independent web developer. Throughout his tenure, he has played a critical role in advancing our technical capabilities and shaping the architecture of our digital solutions.
As a co-owner and former Senior Project Manager, Bryan has spent the last sixteen years writing structured HTML, perfecting cascading style sheets, and making sure our Small Business Website Development projects run smoothly from start to finish. He’s guided teams, mentored colleagues, and kept projects on track—all while fostering a collaborative spirit that makes Visionary a great place to work.
Originally from Burnsville, Minnesota, Bryan made his way to Ames, Iowa for college—and to proudly cheer on the Iowa State Cyclones. When he’s not leading Visionary, you can find him catching ISU women’s basketball games, spending quality time with his family, or keeping up with all things soccer. Bryan has consistently fostered employee engagement initiatives, coordinating celebrations such as birthdays and team anniversaries, thereby supporting Visionary’s organizational culture, and enhancing team cohesion, creativity, and morale.
Now stepping into his new role as President, Bryan is excited to guide Visionary into its next chapter—building awesome things, solving tricky challenges, and collaborating with a team of smart, passionate people who make work feel a little less like work and a lot more like fun.
