The Visionary Team

Originally from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Alecia graduated with her Associate of Arts degree from Kirkwood Community College in 2012. She then moved to Des Moines and graduated with her Bachelor's degrees in Graphic Design and Computer Science from Drake University in 2015. During her time at Drake she was a graphic designer for several magazines and did a few freelance websites as well.

While she hasn't had another job outside of Visionary since graduating, we hope to keep it that way! Alecia actually accepted a job with Visionary while she was still in school and started in 2015. Her main points of focus at Visionary are to share her talents with design, mockups, and HTML/CSS, although she is known to some as "the best tester in the midwest". She is currently mastering the art of JavaScript.

When she isn't in high demand from everyone in the office, Alecia enjoys binge watching TV shows, cuddling with her cats, throwing it back to her high school varsity bowling days, drinking wine, playing board games, listening to podcasts, and shopping. She currently resides in Urbandale with her husband and two cats.
